We’ve been hard at work at Receptive HQ improving our product and shipping features. Here’s a quick overview of new features released in April.
Merge features
If you have a large number of requests, you’ll know that duplicate feature requests do happen.
Sometimes the wording of two similar requests is different enough that Receptive’s de-duplication doesn’t catch it at feature suggestion time.
So we built merge features. You can now merge similar feature requests together easily. From the feature page, click Edit, then Merge.
Brand Customization
You can now upload your logo, just go to Settings / Brand Customizations.
We also have whitelabel domains available. We can host your Receptive account on an SSL-secured URL such as https://features.yourdomain.com. Contact support for details. This is only available on some price plans.
Import features
Importing features from your old-school spreadsheet is now really easy with our CSV import feature. Receptive customers can now easily import thousands of feature requests on day one and see results faster.
Public roadmap prettier
If you choose to expose your roadmap on a public URL, you’ll be happy to hear the page has been prettified. Take a look at Receptive’s public roadmap.
Account manager tools
Thanks to requests by account-managed SaaS customers, we’ve added the ability for your team to prioritise features on behalf of a customer. Just click on the customer, then click the Edit button near their list of priorities.

To get involved, log in to your Receptive account, click Settings and “Suggest Receptive Features”.
